  I ran 2 5k's last summer.  I had to double bag.  I have some that are higher on the chest and others that are higher on the armpits.  I wore one of each.

  I did one in April this year and weaned about a week later and have more flexibility now.  It also helped me to buy size specific sports bras smaller than I wear.

  I have some Moving Comfort ones with adjustable straps that I really like. . . otherwise, I just double up.

  I know it's not a nursing bra, but Elomi makes a FANTASTIC sports bra!!  They're a fitted cup so no "uni-boob" and they hold things in place nicely and comfortable while swelling..  Nordstrom's is the place to go to get fitted, but if you're going to purchase multiple ones, Footsmart.com has them cheapest.

  I also wear two bras when running.  I wear a sleep bra and a normal sports bra.  I'm a 38E now and was a 36C pre-pregnancy.  With DS1, I wore two bras for running until I weaned at one year.
