Invitations question

If we are having a party for Katie's birthday at the end of July (the 31st actually) when do I send out invites?

Now?

In a few weeks?

I guess my question is how far in advance do people need to know officially? They've all been told in person when the party is.

I was going to wait until a month before until I realized our summer was already pretty much booked up, so there is a good chance other people's summers are too. I am going to finish printing them asap and send them out Monday. (His party is July 30th).

I'd send them at the very beginning of the month.

if they've all been told in person already, then I would do 3-4 weeks ahead. Probably closer to 3. But it is summer and people do make other plans. So in case they forget and make other plans, 4 weeks should be fine.

2 weeks before should be fine if they already know about it.

I guess I should get them made then!

Ok on tomorrows to do list: buy invitation supplies!

Okay somehow I missed the part where they have all been told in person already. I wouldn't rush as much if that's the case. No one knows when Jamie's party is yet, so I gotta get on it lol.
