My daughter the last few weeks has been waking up at 3 30-5 am almost every day.... I have nooo idea what is going on. My routine hasn't changed and the only thing I can think of is teething... but she's got all four front teeth now and once she wakes up she does not want me to put her down
any ideas?
Re: I need some help..
She could still be teething, they don't stop after just 4.
It could also be separation anxiety, or the development of a motor skill. When she wakes up now, do you stay up with her or do you try to put her back down? Have you tried to let her calm herself back down? How old is she?
Change up the schedule.
Worked for me and my booger sleeps until 6:30-7 again. YAH!
well luckily she used to go to bed at about ten thirty and sleep till ten thirty.
I am used to working nights and evenings so I didnt mind it. but she still goes to bed late and I always feed her a ton before she goes down. I automatically try to get her down when she wakes up bc i'm so exhausted....
I also normally let her cry for about ten min bc she used to just fall back asleep but now she wont....
she starts off by kinda cry/moaning and then come the water works
I thought this was cool.

The only thing I can recommend is keeping things the same and she'll eventually go back to how she was sleeping. Our DD has done this twice about two months apart and it lasted for a week or a week and a half. But we just kept everything the same, same bed time and same routine, and she's back to sleeping in her own crib through the night without any problems. Also our DD would do the same she would freak out every time we would try to put her down in her crib so we let her sleep on us for a while but we would put her back down and if she woke up we would start over again. Hope that helps.
What a great link, thanks for sharing!
