  It's a blog where people submit crazy parent things they've seen, usually from Facebook, so others can look at them (anon). Often they are pictures people have posted of their kids and poop. Then the editor makes some comments on it.

   

  Often they're a good reminder of what not to put on the internet, sometimes they miss the mark... but yes, this was a real note, as was the previous one linked in that entry.
