Re: Dairy/soy free desserts?
There are some grocery stores that carry coconut ice cream, including Trader Joe's, Giant, and Whole Foods.
Some pastries are actually safe, you have to read each label though. Apple turnovers at one store are safe, while at another aren't.
I know you said you'd like to just be able to pick up something, but this blog https://www.foodallergymama.com/ has some good stuff that are fairly easy to make. Heads up though, her son is safe with soy, so you may need to improvise with a few ingredients.

So delicious coconut ice cream is soooo yummy!!! and you can buy an allergy free ice cream cone (i have the brand in my blog under pantry -or something like that) and you can even buy allergy friendly sprinkles and it's so sweet watching your child lick an ice cream cone like you did when you were a child.

Rice Dream was my go-to. And you can use Hershey's chocolate syrup. That is soy and dairy free.
Enjoy Life has a few cookies to choose from. I lived on those when I breastfed!
