loosing my freakin mind today

Today was so tough. Didn't have five min between either screaming or crying. My nerves. Are shot. I feel like crying & vomiting. I put. Ds#1. To bed early & ds#2. Is crying on couch tired. I haven't peed in 8 he's, ate anything in 7 hours. Dh came home from work at regular. Time only to turn right around to go back to work. Today has been the worst.

i think we all have these days some times *sigh* just know that they cant all be this bad!! sometimes ill put them in their highchairs and go step outside for a minute or use the bathroom! let them cry for a minute while you gain your composure. you'll have a better chance calming them when you're calm!! keep your head up

Sorry you're having such a bad day! I hope it starts looking up soon! Were having a bad week over here two, after just getting over ear infections with both girls they now have another virus and have only been off meds for 5 days! Sigh:: Hugs!
