How often do you wash your jeans?

I hate washing them too much because I feel like I just get them 'comfy' and in the perfect shape before they need to be washed. But I also know that I should wash them regularly too! How many wears do you get out of yours?

I have several pairs of jeans so I go about 1 month between washes on each jean unless they get super dirty. I'm kind of a freak about denim care though, and from what I've read to extend the life of your jeans you aren't suppose to wash them that often. I also don't dry any of my jeans either.

Prepregnancy, I had about eight pairs of jeans that fit. I usually stick to shorts around the house, and only wear jeans when out and about. (It's been 110 the past few days, so I stay inside!) Right now, I have one pair that fits. I was them once a week, as I barely wear them.

Before I got pregnant, I would rotate my eight pairs and have to wash all of them about once a month. I guess that breaks them down to about 4-5 wears per pair. If they NEED to be washed, ie. spills, dirt, etc. they get washed sooner. I always wash inside out, with cold water, mild detergent, and always hang them to dry.

Mine get saggy after 2 or 3 wears so that's when I wash them.

I only wash them if they are dirty. Sometimes that's after a wear or two, but usually it's only once every 7-8 wears.

This. I used to wash them after one wear, and then I realized how ridiculous that was, especially since I put my sweats back on when I am at home.

I'm kind of a jeans wh*ore so I probably only wear most jeans once or so a month but I usually don't wash them until they need it; like 5-6 washes depending on the pair. Some stretch more than others and have to be washed every few washes, but I never wash them every wear unless it is dirty. I always hang dry them, too.
