Relocating to SA: How to go about finding a nanny?

We are relocating to SA and I will be working from home 3 days a week.  I would like to find a nanny that can watch my 2 year old son and eventually my newborn due in Nov while I'm working.  Does anyone have any good resources for finding a nanny or know of a nanny currently looking for a placement?  I appreciate the help!

    I don't know of any specific nannies, but I've had great luck with Sittercity.com in finding babysitters. Some of the sitters on the site also post that they're interested in nanny positions. I know other people that have used Care.com with good results, too. Sorry I can't offer anything more specific - good luck!
