  From what I remember, you can only use one check at a time. But, you can use them with store coupons if you have them. (ie, publix.)

  I just used 4 checks at the same time at Target yesterday.  I'm not sure is Sam's takes the checks or not.

  Sams does take the checks, but not any type of coupon.  I am not sure about using more than one at a time...I have not tried that.

  You can also go to other grocery stores (or Target)  and combine a check with a coupon (you can even use a manufacturer coupon + a store coupon + check!)
