How are you doing? Are you getting much sleep?
I feel like i am about to enter zombie mommy mode. I remember being tired with DS, but it is nothing like the exhaustion that comes with being up all night with a baby, then having to be up and functioning a good part of the day chasing a toddler. DH has been great and helpful, but he can only do so much working 60 hours a week. I just want to curl up and sleep for more then 3 hours at a time!!
Then there is the trying to balance my time between the two kids while still keeping the house clean and making 3 meals. When he was a newborn, we could easily live on crap and microwave meals, but Drew needs real food. i knew what I was getting into, but man, no one told me how hard it could be at times!
Someone please tell me I am not alone!

Re: Mom's of 2+
You are not alone!
My oldest goes to the babysitter most days of the week, which is wonderful! If you have an option to do that, I would! It allows me to get some extra sleep with the baby, and gives me time just to focus on her.
And it gives me so much more patience for the evening time and the time that Addyson gets with me is much better.
But the days where I have both of them all day are a little different. I feel badly for Addy because most of the day is taken up by Avery. I try and do a park visit here and there to keep her happy, but it's not easy!
I have hardly any help. DH works most of the time, and only gets home to hold Avery so I can put Addy to bed.
I honestly don't know how you manage with both kids at home all day. My oldest goes to preschool during the day, which allows me to sleep if I need to and focus on the baby. I do have to work for an hour or so each day, but honestly I feel pretty lucky to have so much down time.
Hang in there, mama!
This past weekend I seriously was on the verge of running away at least for a while. DD has become more clingy then she ever has been since she was a toddler and broken sleep sucks. The morning is when I'm the grumpiest and it seems like it is the time when DD is her most energized. Thank goodness she's been at vacation bible school during the morning this week and that she starts school camp next week. I still don't cook very often, DH travels and when he's gone I don't bother.
You are definitely not alone in thinking this mothering of two is hard!
