Siggy Pics

I keep trying to upload new siggy pics and I keep getting a weird error message.  Has anyone had success changing their siggy pics lately?  If so, how are you doing it? 

I'm just cutting & pasting the IMG code for Forums and Message Boards from TinyPic and it's not working.  This is how I've always done it in the past.

What am I doing wrong?  TIA!

    Sorry I don't have an answer for you because I am having the same issue. Will be watching this thread to see if someone else comes up with anything.
