Another introduction from a lurker

Hi there! I've decided it's about time for me to start socializing again, so here it goes!

If you'll have me, I'd love to join your board! I used to post on August 2011, but after a dry spell I fell into lurkdom. Let me introduce myself :)

I moved to the Bothell/Mill Creek area last June with my fiance of a year and half. After deciding that we were both very much ready to meet our first little one and that for us a family could come before a wedding, we began TTC. After our BFP and then a miscarriage last July, we let the topic go and began planning a Halloween wedding for 2011. Crazy enough and much to our surprise, we got our second BFP that December. Abigail Rose is due August 8th!

    Congratulations and welcome!!  I LOVE the name, Abigail Rose!  I told DH that if we had a little girl that was going to be her name because it incorporates both our Mom's names.

    I grew up in Bothell/Mill Creek.  Love that area, welcome to the board and congratulations on expecting a little one!

    I just wanted to thank everyone so much for the warm welcome. I knew this board was a friendly one :)

    And while we're at it, do any of you Bothell mommies know of a home daycare you could recommend? I know it's an iffy subject on a public board, but after several unsuccessful attempts at locating one I thought I'd drop the question anyway. Please feel free to ignore it if it's too risky!

    Thanks!  I lived in Bothell for a couple years, but now in Lake Stevens.  I loved Bothell, I just didn't love I-405. :)

    Agreed. I'm lucky enough to only need 405 for doctors visits, but I'm sure that come my weekly appointments I'll really be dreading it...the joys of rush hour!
