LO (6 wks old) usually wakes up between 7:30-8am. She usually eats before that around 4:30am. The last several mornings, around 5:30 or 6, she starts constantly grunting and squirming. This continues until she wakes up to eat. It's very annoying because she still sleeps in our room so it keeps me awake, and she can't be getting good rest during that time either. I make sure to burp her very well after the 4:30 feeding...Anyone else have this happen?
Thanks!
Kristina

My DS did the same thing. He was a really noisy sleeper until about 8 weeks or so. Then he slowly quieted down. Now he only makes little noises and starts stretching about 5-10 minutes before he wakes up.
He's been in his own room in his crib since we came home from the hospital, so we could hear it through the monitor but it wasn't that bothersome.
If it annoys you so much, perhaps it's time to move your LO to their own room. You can turn down the volume on the monitor so the little noises aren't so loud but still hear if he/she starts crying.
