Haven't decided if I'm excited or terrified to be doing this.
(having 1 egg retrieved for a study on egg quality over 40).
So... does this mean we don't have to use condoms this cycle since they're gonna be taking the egg?

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.

That's awesome you are doing this! I hope they figure something out to be able to deteremine egg quality more easily.
I would have probably moved to DE sooner if I could have had a more definitive answer.
