    No insanity, just lots of cars.  I was happy to see that many show up for your Open House! I know the market is so frustrating right now, esp. when we have like 3 foreclosures in our neighborhood.  One of which looks really bad on our street. I hope you get an offer that you want!

  Oh crap- THREE foreclosures?  I only knew about 2!  At this point, we are not looking to make any profit at all- just want to pay off our mortgage.  We really can't afford less than that and we are not in a position (thankfully!) that we HAVE to.  We've had a couple neighbors all but beg us to hold our ground and we are pretty set but I know we are not really priced right for this crappy market.  We know we may be on the market for a while but we gotta do what we gotta do.  We would consider a lease or lease purchase though so that could be interesting.  I'll keep you posted.  Keep your fingers crossed for us!
