Spent the afternoon at the allergist with Brady and we are removing all those mentioned above from his diet. What the heck am I going to feed this kid?

There are tons of gluten free meats and a place like whole foods has gluten free bread and other breaded frozen products. . You could give him Veggies of course avocado, fruit, corn based tortillas with beans/rice, avocado. Egg scrambles. Sweet potatoes or regular potatoes. GF chicken nuggets or fish sticks if he likes that kind of stuff, beans, turkey chili, pasta with tomato sauce and some kind of meat protein.
Is it just peanuts? Or all nuts?
I know this must be tough. Its hard for me to think of stuff!

Udi's bread is probably the only acceptable substitute for bread...are you gluten or just wheat free? Quiona Pasta isn't too bad...much better than rice pasta's and I can get it by DH. So Delicious Coconut products are great and have a lot of beneficial fats in them. Almond butter in place of peanut. Daiya "cheese" is OK in things though I still don't love it. Check out the food allergy board. GL, it seems like you and your poor kids can't catch a break.
"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasured day you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart...let me hold you while I may."
Sunbutter is a yummy pb alternative! So is Almond butter.
Almond milk is my fave nondairy "milk" product.
I have no other advice, but GOOD LUCK!!! Poor you and Brady, too!

check out the cook book "Cooking for Isaiah" it is gluten free, milk and soy free, and most are probably peanut free. I have only glanced through it so far, but it came highly recommended to me from a friend whom is gluten free. GL
uugh. I was warned when I did my GF/DF experiment that NO GF subs were delicious, just expensive and tasteless. They were right. Don't waste your money. I do like many of the crackers, even some at Target. (but Whole Paycheck had more, and cheaper) Sunbutter is nasty, blech. IMO. I got really good at making veggie trays all set to nibble on, and loved experimenting with dips, not sure that would work with a kid or not. (to get the fats in them)
The 1st week sucked, then it wasn't so bad. You could try "Muffin Tin Monday" ideas to make it fun, and lots of cute bento box stuff out there too. GL!

I *highly* recommend Earth's Balance for fake butter. It is sooo good. Also, I love love love the So Delicious coconut milk products. I still drink it, and DS1 likes it, too. Their yogurt and ice cream are also very yummy!
It's true that the Daiya "cheese" isn't really like cheese, but it's a nice thing to have on hand when you need something to add in place of cheese.
I love almond butter and think it's way better than peanut butter, personally.
The bread will be the hard part... GF bread is just not very good. The stuff I've had is fine as "breakfast bread" but not for sandwiches, kwim?
Re: HELP...need diary, wheat, and peanut free foods
