City Select Question
I think dh and I have decided to go with this stroller for our LOs and I was lucky enough to find a 2011 model new in the box on Craigslist for $400. It is only the single stroller so I know we will need to purchase the second seat but I am not sure if we will also need to purchase the car seat adapter for our Chicco infant seat as well (seeing as we'll only be using one car seat with the stroller). Any help would be appreciated!

I bought a single as well.. 2010 model on sale from albee baby.. and we bought the carseat adapter, but also had to buy the brackets (from different websites.. I think one was diapers.com) If you don't have the second seat.. you need to buy brackets to attach the carseat adapter. I'm going to wait and buy a second seat.. one of the 2011 seats (If my DD will still sit in the stroller at that point)... b/c I'll likely be using the carseat through winter with my new LO... I have a red one which she'll use now, but will buy the cool purple seat for her ONLY if she's still sitting in a stroller at that point and then switch my new LO into the 2010 red seat. Mine is still in the box (we might take it out this wkend)... I want to play around with it before baby comes. We still have our single city mini for my DD...which we use now.
Yep, you'll need the adapter if you want to use the car seat.
The second seat comes with brackets for free though. I already bought my second seat as to not spend any extra money!
