I think we may have a problem

I was hoping DD would be too young to go through jealousy issues when the baby gets here (she will be 16 mo) but we got word from daycare she is having major jealousy issues there. She cries and screams when her favorite provider picks up other kids and she will shove other kids out of the way when they try to play with this woman during floor time. Any advice or ideas on how to prepare?

    No advice, but I can tell you it's just a phase.  My DS didn't go through it until now.  He was perfectly fine with me taking care of a little baby but now that my DD is older he has become very clingy when I have to change her diaper, feed her, etc. I try not to yell at him when he gets like that but instead try to distract him with something new.  I hate to say it but TV has helped Wink, I'll slap on his favorite show and he settles down.  World's best mom here!!!!

    Well here's to hoping she outgrows it in the next four months before the baby gets here. It seems a little early for that sort of thing but she started throwing tantrum early and I'm pretty sure her first word was no so she is advanced in the rebelious behavior department.

    Ha, she sounds cute... my DS would like her number!  Sending good thoughts your way that she outgrows it soon or that #2 is very easy going:)  Either should help!
