Success after IF
So far - it's twins!
We had our first u/s today and we saw two! We were able to see the smallest little flicker of a heartbeat on one. However, baby A is measuring 3 days behind baby B so we were told to proceed with caution until the next ultrasound which is in two weeks. Has anyone experienced this? What was your outcome? Also, for those of you who have a toddler then multiples - any advice is more than welcome! We're excited, but nervous! Thanks!

First of all congrats.
Second, that is EXACTLY what we saw the very first u/s too. Second one was also measuring about 3 days behind and no h/b. After 10 days we had another u/s and saw two beautiful h/b's. I'm now 13 weeks pregnant with twins and all is well!
I would say what you are seeing is so very normal for fraternal twins!
