I got Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, which is a 20 minute work out. I have to do it in 2-3 portions. It took an hour to do the workout. I don't want to wait until DH gets home because I don't like working out at night.
I do lots of "mommy and me" excercises thoughout the day. Sometimes if he's fussy, I hold him and do squats or lunges. When he's playing in his crib (he has a kick piano thing that he will play with for 30mins +, but only if i'm right there watching him!) sometimes I dance or do pushups over the crib. Then at tummy time, I lay with him and do situps, or leg lifts. Of course 11 pound bench presses are good too I haven't set foot in the gym since last summer, so I try to do what I can throughout the day. I can't imagine having 30 mins to myself on any regular basis. Hopefully I'll get reacquainted with my treadmill soon!

I did P90X Polymetrics today. She sat in her chair and played and when she got fussy, I jumped around yelling and making faces. She thinks it is funny. But hey, whatever it takes.

My LO and I do Wii fit step together. She loves it and usually falls asleep during it.
I just did this for the first time today after taking almost two hours to do 20 minutes!
