Hi ladies! My son Liam is 10m old has an allergy to dairy, egg, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. We're also shellfish, fish, and beef free as per our allergist's suggestion. I'm personally against giving my child formula, although if I absolutely had to as a last resort, I would.
I'm always on the lookout for new recipes and meal ideas since we've seemed to hit a rut in menu planning and are eating the same things every week. I'm glad this board was finally made, its nice to have a place to easily find other families in the same boat as us!
