What should we have?

My dad and in laws are coming for Father's Day. I think they'll probably come in Saturday afternoon, stay the night and then DH will cook out on Sunday. I want to do something easy and not too expensive. We usually do burgers but I'm open to something new this time.

What do you guys thinks sounds good?

Our family favorite is buffalo burgers. But I think shrimp is pretty cheap right now too.

We love to do chicken skewers with company. Marinate the chicken in McCormick's Mojito Lime marinade, which you can find by the packets of gravy and chicken taco seasoning. Add red and green peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, whatever.

I got Alaskan crab legs at Costco for FIL and MIL's visit this weekend for under $40. I know that is expensive but it fed 4 adults. You can also get 4 big filet for about $25 at Costco.
