BTDT Moms has sex become a chore?

My recent marital arguments have been over sex.  We're reduced to having quickies in the closet while the kids are awake and watching TV.  Or it's part of a chore.  Bathe and put the 2 yr old to bed, feed, burp and put the newborn to sleep before we can do the 'deed'.  There is little time for romance.  We do not have family to watch the kiddos and have not yet found a responsible babysitter.  How do you juggle family and sex life?

    It definitely can become a chose. Sometimes you just gotta look at it as having back that "spontaneous" urge instead of it being a chore.

    I also just have to remind myself that I want to be able to keep my hubby happy as much as I can, and he also remembers that I am working 2 FT jobs here (my job and being a mom) and he helps much more when he's interested in DTD that night.

    My only advice is to keep the lines of communication open. It does get better as the LO's get older and get better sleeping schedules.

    Not at all.  We are still going strong.  I know we are on vacation, but last week it was almost every night.  Big Smile    We'll see how that works out when I am back to work.
