  Congratulations!  Have you thought about a home birth for #3?...just seems like the people should be coming to you.

  Thanks for sharing your story...it reminds me a lot of DD's story. I spent 3 hours thinking I just had to "go to the bathroom". Ha! 5 minutes after our 90 mph rush to the hospital in morning rush hour DD arrived. We had done the HypnoBabies home study and were prepared but didn't get to really use it either.   Now you have me really wondering about this baby's arrival. Good thing we decided to just try the home birth thing so there won't be any driving. DH pointed out that with the 5 minutes it takes to get DD in the car seat, we may have the baby on the side of the road! ..so homebirth it is!   :-)

  Oh, wow, that really resonated with me.  DD was born at 34 weeks, 3 days.  Water broke and I was 5 cm when I got to the OB office.  I was having some mild back cramps.  She was born 3 hours later, 5 lb 11 oz, and had no real issues.

  I have been thinking a lot about next time, and if I make it to term and how fast it will be.  I can totally see making it to 37-38 weeks and then having a super-fast birth.

  DD was planned to be a home birth and we will plan for it again with #2.  Hopefully I will make it to 37 weeks!
