Congrats, you guess?! WTH does it matter who she is? She just had a baby and doesn't need your snarkiness. A simple congrats ... or a blatant ignore of the post ... would suffice.

ETA I have to give the slightest of sideyes to anyone who's (never) take that back- rarely posted before, but posts that she's waiting to push & then that she's given birth. I mean really. Why are we #1 on her mind at those moments?

I'm pretty sure MM asked what a lot of us were thinking, as the OP has not really participated in the board. I'm happy that OP's baby arrived safe and healthy, but the fact remains that she is a stranger on the board. So while it doesn't bother you, there are those who do "give a sh**", as it's been discussed at length over the last few days. Because of this, are you really that surprised that the OP received this kind of response?

I read her history, but other than some random responses there wasnt ever a post saying Hi, Im... here's my story.
Whatever, I know I was only saying what lots were thinking.
I don't have the time or the desire to pick through a random (next to nothing) posters history to see if she's EVER even bothered to post on our board or engage with us.
Just not worth my time, but rather than post an insincere "congrats" I'd just ignore posts like this.
Seriously, there are people that post on this website about children that never existed, they create dramamtic horror stories about things that happened to a family that never existed. People who have just lurked the entire time get a huge side eye from me with a post history like this because how do you really know? They could post pics sure, but that STILL doesn't prove it is the posters child. Seriously get off your high horse for people you don't know and who haven't even bothered to post a "Hi I'm so and so and am ____ weeks." Why do YOU care so much about someone you don't know that you have to fly off the handle like this? At least I KNOW Mainemommy.
