Ideas for good bye/thank you gifts for daycare providers

It's about that time to start thinking about gifts for Alex's daycare providers. He's been there since 8 weeks, so he's grown pretty attached to these ladies. There are 3 of them (but honestly, I'd like to by gifts for only two, but that would be mean).

I was thinking something like a picture of him and a $20 gift card somewhere. But I tend to think more practically when it comes to gifts. Any other suggestions. I'd like to stay at $20 or less.

    I tend to go toward gift cards for thank you's like this.  I would do Target or Starbucks.  If all three ladies provided for DS equally then I do think it would be mean to only get two of them something.

    I would do a gift card and a handwritten note (and a picture, too, if you want)!

    sorry, i thought you were asking IF it would be mean to only get two gifts, not just stating it.  my bad, misread...  blame it on the sleep deprivation.
