  DC Arboretum, Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Cabin John Park in MoCo, Clemonjytri in McLean, all come to mind.

  For pictures, I am not sure what the most attractive spot might be.

  But for toddler fun, I highly recommend Hadley's Park in Potomac or Clemyjontri Park in McLean.
