It just came up on my Amazon Quick Picks -- it must have ESP since I usually just have camera equipment on there, LOL.  And it gets good reviews!

    I haven't read it yet but I ordered it after seeing the author on the Today Show.  Bed rest, tv and Amazon has made for some interesting purchases :)
