  I'm starting IVF #2 on Wednesday.  It's a different protocol than in April.  This time it's a microdose Lupron protocol.

  I'm not a POAS-aholic.  I buy a two-pack and test one and two days before beta.

  update: I'm 10dpIUI (Femara).  I work in an ob/gyn office so I could do my own beta anytime.  I haven't yet decided what I'll do as far as testing (POAS at home vs beta at work).  RE's office said if I haven't started by next Monday (17dpIUI, seriously?) then call to schedule beta.

  QOTD: I'm neutral I guess, I'm not an over tester.  I try to wait as long as possible to test, but once I've tested (even a BFN and I know it's accurate) and AF doesn't show I become a little frantic.  It's almost like my brain thinks that once I get a BFN AF should instantly show, and when it doesn't I get frustrated.

  Update - I've got nothing.  Just on BCP and gearing up for our IVF cycle.

  QOTD - I'm not too much of a POASaholic.  I usually wait a pretty long time before I test.  I like to be with DH to know what the result is, rather than waiting until the beta call.

  My info has changed.  I'm hoping for a 7/30 ER this time.  We'll see ; )

  I almost never poas.  3 years of trying for G and I only poas like 3 times.  And I didn't at all for my iui's or ivf's....well, maybe I did for my first IUI?  I can't remember that far back.

  Hi! Can you add me to the list?

  I'm on BCPs with the goal of doing an FET in August at some point. Plan is to go in for SHG and testing as soon as I decide to have AF come visit (I'm thinking next week, after DS's bday party) and then get ready for the embies! I can't believe it is coming up so soon!

  ETA: Oh, and I never got to see whether I would be a POAS-aholic. I was initially, but my periods got to be so irregular (it might have been stress related, because they were normal when I first quit the BCP) and it was so depressing that I gave up after 18 months or so of trying.

  Then with IVF, the day I would have P'dOAS was my bday and I didn't want to ruin it with a BFN. But I had to go to the RE that day (OHSS) and she secretly did a beta test in addition to the estrogen levels she was looking for. It was a BFP so she called me to let me know! So I never got to POAS when I was actually pregnant.

  Update:  Started meds this weekend for my ER on 6/23!  EEK!

  QOTD:  I am in serious need of therapy for this one.  No, seriously.  I really need you girls to tell me NOT TO TEST!  I test like five days early every time.

  QOTD: Are you a POASaholic? Wait for beta? Any certain rituals?

  LOL...see if this answers it for you. I order pregnancy tests in bulk from saveontests.com. My last order was of 100 and I think I'm down to 20 AND I'm not even cycling with the RE. I'm pathetic. I consistenly POAS every 10 days after we sex.

  BUT...in my defense, I got a BFP 10dpiui and a positive outlook in life is healthy right?

  Update: Today is CD1 so I start BCP tonight and lupron in a couple of weeks as long as RPL testing is all back in time otherwise we'll continue BCP until the results are in. We are going with the same protocol as last time (long lupron) since it worked. For some reason I am so much more anxious than the first time around, not sure if it's because of the m/c or what.

  QOTD: Totally a POASaholic! I knew there was no way I was PG this cycle and I POAS about 4-5 times. When cycling, I feel a need to know before I get the call from the RE so I always test at least the day before (if I can hold out that long).

  QOTD: I am not a POASaholic. In fact, I usually don't POAS, but I did last time, 3 times. Not sure what we'll do next time. With Henry we waited for the BETA.

  If you can add to my name fresh IVF/ICSI this summer! Finally after nearly 2 1/2 years of trying/waiting, I get to change my status!

  QOTD:  Are you a POASaholic?  Wait for beta?  Any certain rituals?  Not really. While ttc round 1 I think I did 1 or 2 times this time around I did once. With my IVF I tested 8dp3dt bfn, then tested the next day and got my bfp. After my bfp I think I tested a few more times just to see the bfps:)

  Update: Looks like I am 3DPO today- but I am not sure I believe it. My post O temps are rather low, even for me.  I called the RE yesterday we have an appointment on June 27th to see where things stand.  Not sure what testing they will make us re-do (certainly the SA and CD3 bw).  Glad to have called and glad we're going back. I am pretty sure this cycle is a no go for us anyway.

  QOTD: Definitely not a POASaholic. I will usually wait until AF is late and then confirm with a beta.  No rituals other than serious prayers (if you call that a ritual). I just try not to get my hopes up to high.

  Update: My cycle was canceled.  After two follie checks, I had nothing
