Are Mondays a low output (pump) day for you too?

I'm on my 2nd round of pumping today. I have about 6 oz. total. I need to send 15 oz. tomorrow. So this is bad.

I usually pump first thing in the morning, but DS had me up overnight and I didn't. Learned my lesson on that one!

    Mondays were really bad for me until I started pumping on the weekends too.  I just pump once in the mornings and add it to my freezer stash.  I found when I was only nursing on the weekends, my supply was really low on Monday.  Are you pumping on the weekend?  Maybe add in a morning pump.

    I don't generally pump on the weekends. I hate pumping, so like to take breaks from it when I can. I guess I can't though. so looks like I will start weekend pumping next weekend. Well, Saturday anyway, I'll be away on Sunday (with DS) and I am not adding one more thing to pack!

    Ugh yes..I've pumped twice so far and only have 4oz...I have to leave at least 12oz with DD tomorrow. Looks like i'll be dipping into my freezer stash again :-(

    My Monday output is usually lousy and then gets way better by the end of the work week.  I honestly think some of it has to do with stress and returning back to work after a weekend.  I pump at least once in the morning on weekends too.

    Yep.  I only got four ounces this morning.  I nurse DD on my lunch break and I'm about to pump again right now.  We'll see what this yields.  I'm not going to stress too much about it though.  If I need to bust out some of my freezer stash to complete her bottles for tomorrow, so be it.  I only nurse on the weekends, too.  I don't have time to pump, lol (and, ETA, I hate it).

    Update: Yep, 7-1/2 ounces total for today.  I will definitely have to break out a piece of freezer stash for tomorrow's bottles!  Hopefully tomorrow's pumping goes a little better, lol.

    definately lower--I don't worry about it though.

    As long as I still end up 'ahead' for the week, I don't worry about the day-to-day if I can.

    (it keeps me sane.  otherwise I go nutty.  I also try not to worry about 1 session being lousy, etc)
