Viv's acting like she wants to start walking -- she's recently started letting go when trying to stand up, so we think we may not be far off.
Thus, time to get shoes.
I really would prefer some soft-soled early walker shoes at least for this point in time. So many seem to have stiffer soles, and the softer ones are harder to find in a wide width. And I'm having a hard time figuring out which ones fit wider feet well.
I know Stride Rite carries wide shoes although I have a hard time stomaching the price tag. I've also heard See Kai Run shoes are wider.

We used Momo Baby soft sole shoes with ds.

I don't know about the selection for early walkers, but Nordstrom's kids shoe department is also really good about having wide widths - and they know how to fit them!
