DD is a month old today, and im trying to get into the SAHM routine.  I'd really like to meet up with some other mamas! Just wondering if any of you ever meet for lunch or anything

    i'd check out meetup.com (i'm a WM so don't really have much time to do this but i've heard people have great success thru meetup.com)

    There was an attempt at getting together a while ago but I don't think it panned out.

    I agree with pp, meetup.com is a great resource.  I joined a mom's group through it.

    Where abouts are you located?

    I joined the Bump Club Chicago. They have expectant moms and mom events throughout each month. Through this I have found a bunch of ladies due around the same time and we get together for dinner. After our babies are born we will try to do lunches and playgroups.

    I will be a SAHM soon, due July 25. What part of Chicago do you live in? I am in the South Loop.
