Yes, when I was in New Zealand two girls I taught (I did student teaching over there) names were Zara but spelled Xara. Apparently, it's quite popular over there.

Suri Cruise is what I think & this version makes me think of a uneek spelling subbing Z for S. Not a fan of this version.
