prenatal yoga in Concord area?

Hello! We just moved to Concord from Berkeley and I am looking for prenatal yoga or exercise in the area.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Yoga Works in WC has classes as does The Yoga and Movement Center (also WC) however I prefered the classes at the YMCA (PH). It wasn't prenatal but the teacher is certified in prenatal and would give me specific modifications. Plus I paid less for a membership there that included pool access and yoga 2x a week that doing just yoga at the other places. Good luck finding a class you like, and welcome to the board/Concord.

    Day One center in Walnut Creek offers classes twice a week (Wednesdays evenings and Saturday mornings).  Destination Maternity also has class once a week - they are partnered through John Muir Health but anyone can go.
