Perinatologist: An obstetrical subspecialist concerned with the care of the mother and fetus at higher-than-normal risk for complications.
VBAC : Vaginal Birth After C Section
That's for Mom's that have had a C section and now want to attempt their next child Vaginally, which is higher risk.
Did you mean VBAC? If so, it's in The Bump's glossary and means:
