Hi! New to The Bump and 1st pregnancy

Hello everyone!
This is my first post, and I thought I'd introduce myself here. I'm Kristen, and I joined The Bump back in May 2011. I've mostly been lurking around the 'Nurseries and Baby Gear' and 'September 2011 Moms' boards as I prepare for my 1st baby. My husband and I conceived back in Dec 2010, but since we currently live overseas away from both our families, it has been both an exciting but somewhat bittersweet time, as I wish I had family and friends here to share this experience. I'm just grateful for the internet and webcams, and now The Bump community! Smile

this is my first pregnancy also so were on the same boat here but im due in late november ... im sorry to hear you are away from your family but know i am here to listen so whenever u need to vent or have any questions , you are not alone im sure many other women on the bump are here for u also !
