Step 2 water and sand table

So LO recieved 2 Step 2 water and sand tables for her birthday...  so I am going to have to take 1 of them back.  But I don't know which one to keep... any suggestions?

Also- any ideas on what I should exchange it for?  I was thinking of using the water table for just water and then maybe buying a sandbox?  or a climber?

    LO has the yellow/teal one.  We like it.  Just rice for this year... but the toys keep her attention and she can surf around it.  The red/green looks like the legs might get in the way a bit since they come up above the table part and I'm not a fan of that.

    Carson Henry, born 39w, 2d, via emergency c/s due to no fetal movement and fetal distress.  Seizures, IVH grade 2, brain injury, kidney and liver damage.  Complete blood clot in the artery in his right arm.  27 days in the NICU.  Now discharged from all specialists, excepts his kidney doctor, who will monitor him indefinitely.  My tough little cookie.

    I would keep the water and sand separate, so I'd go for #2, and buy a different sandbox.  In my experience, when you mix the two, it just ends up a sandy mess in both sections.
