Just when I thought everything was going smoothly...

This is my first week back at 5 days a week. As a family, we have been getting into a routine. Figuring out what time to get up, get dressed, and out the door. How much in each bottle, how many bottles, etc. It's been going really well so far.

Well, my daycare just emailed all the parents and said they are moving locations by January. The new location is quite a bit out of the way for us and I am not sure what to do.

We have been on several waiting lists since January 2008 and have heard nothing. I am not sure what we are going to do! It makes me sick.

Thanks for letting me vent.

That is just awful! Did they not know this information when you went to sign Millie up with them?? I'd call around to see where you are on the list and maybe there is an opening at one of your other choices. Good grief, I hope it gets worked out.

Do you love the daycare you are at now? How much out of the way is it (how much more time will it add to your morning routine)? The daycare that C goes to is not on my way to work (it's in my part of town, but I have to drive to that particular part just for daycare - no othe reason), but it doesn't bother me b/c I love it there and they love my baby. Taking her to this daycare probbaly adds 30 minutes onto my process in the morning.
