WTF Cycle Question?

I had a natural m/c at 8 weeks. (April 4th)
My hcg was tracked down to 0 for 4 weeks. (April 29th)
AF returned 9 days later(May 8th)
My normal cycle pre-MC was extremely regular 28 days. No AF or hint of and I am now 5 days late.
I have taken 2 tests which both say negative.

Any thoughts as to what may be going on? How long should I wait until I call & talk to my doctor?

Losses cause all sorts of changes to cycles. Even if you had a loss previously. Unfortunately, there's no standard time for you to expect AF. There is a general rule of thumb, though: if you reach 60 days without AF, call your doc.

I am so sorry for your loss.

I had a natural m/c at 8.5 weeks and my doctor said you can have a few normal periods and a few wonky periods within a 6 month time frame pretty "normally". You are within that time frame, but I would call your doctor Monday just for your own peace of mind.

I would probably wait a couple more days, test again, and if it's still negative call the doctor.

I would give it 40 days. I found my first AF after D&C was 28 days, then 36, then 32, then 28... so it could take a few cycles.
