First AFC in 5 years of IF - Help!

I have done the research and I think I know what this means, but it is freaking me out!  They checked my AFC today on CD3 before starting meds for IVF and it was 11.  My  new RE checks AFC mainly to check how many fertile years you have left.  My latest FSH was 12.6 and AMH was 0.6. 

WDYT?  What's your AFC?

    Mine is usually between 9-11 and always has been-- except when I did back to back IVFs (so still had baby aspirin in my system which is supposed to increase your afc) and I had 19...but I wound up with the exact same number of mature eggs and fertilized embies.

    I think 11 sounds really good, actually. The last time my FSH was tested, it was around what yours was, but my AFC's were always much lower, like 4 or 5.

    I've missed you girls!  You two always remind me that I'm not alone in my POF world.  I'm so scared that at any minute my periods are going to stop, the migraines are going to come and hot flashes will follow!

    I think it sounds great!  I had one recently but can't remember what it was (maybe in the same range?).  Anyway, my RE thinks it's a better predictor of things than FSH.

    If I remember correctly, I think I had one double-digit AFC ever, and it was 11; all the others were 8-ish, and on my last IVF cycle it was 6.  Eleven sounds great to me.  Good luck!
