Super dry mouth

in 1st Trimester
Anyone experiencing this? I'm drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, but can't get this dry taste out of my mouth. I've been having some sinus/sore throat issues and wonder if it's just related to that or if it's a pregnancy thing.

    Yes!  I have been chugging water like it's going out of style.  Sometimes if I drink lemonade it helps too.

    Me too! Well actually most of the time my mouth produces more spit than usual. But my throat is SO DRY. Sometimes it feels like it's sticking together when I swallow. I can't drink enough water! It's like the sahara in there.

    ETA: Even with the extra saliva my mouth FEELS dry to me, underneath all of the spit. I know that doesn't make sense, but I don't know how else to describe it.

    Yes, not matter how much water I drink my mouth is very dry.  I just keep drinking and drinking which leads to peeing and peeing but what are ya gonna do?  lol.

    Oh ladies!! I take great comfort knowing I'm in good company. Hopefully, like many other 1st trimester woes, this to shall pass...
