I saw movement from the outside yesterday for the first time. To be honest, I hadn't ever really stared at the belly to check before that. I was reclined on the couch and she started kicking. I could see a little vibrating spot right where she kicked. The first time I saw it, I sort of stopped and stared because I wasn't sure if I imagined it. After the second one I tried to get my husband to watch. Of course, she stopped moving until right after he looked away, then she kicked again. Poor hubby didn't get to see it at all! I am 21 weeks along.
I saw it for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I was 19w1d and just laying on the couch. I could feel him moving so I lifted up my shirt to see if I could see it and I did. He was pushing out with what felt like his head or butt. I pushed back a little and then he pushed right back at me.
It was the most awesome feeling I have ever experienced and since then I feel him all the time (on the inside). Not so much on the outside though, but a few times.
I first felt movement around 21 weeks and started feeling him from the outside at about 22 or so weeks. I'm 25 weeks now and just this week, I've seen my belly move. Then again, he is really low and I can't see the under side of my belly, so maybe it was earlier!

The only movement from the outside that I seen so far is when LO kicked my hand last night and made it jump a little. I have been daydreaming about that "first" all day!

For me starting feeling outside movement around 17/18 wks and saw the movement around 21 weeks this time, it was a few weeks later on both with DD.
I see you wrote you can't wait to see a foot. For me with DD it wasn't until 35+ weeks that I really knew if a particular part or her, foot, head, etc was protruding from the belly, and it was more that I just knew how she was laying and she'd often stick her little heel out, causing a sharper angle. It is really rare to have those awesome, look, there's her hand or foot moments though.

I was about 18-19 weeks when I first started to feel the flutters and about 20-21 weeks I really started feeling and seeing real kicks. He kicks me ALL day long and I can usually see my belly jumping with the kick. I haven't seen a foot drag across my belly or anything like that, but it's very visible where he is kicking. This is my first
I probably started seeing movements around 25 weeks, but I have an anterior placenta...so everything took a little longer for me. Now I'm 28 weeks and my belly is going crazy!

I saw my tummy move from his kicks about a week ago when I was 23 weeks, it hasn't happened since, but it was amazing to see. Up until that point my husband had only managed to feel him kicking once so we were just mesmorised to be able to see him kicking my tummy out

It seems unreasonably early, but we started being able to SEE little movements at 16 weeks.
