need help...im a friday picture virgin!

so, i figured out how to make a siggy pic, but i dont know how to post a picture in a regular post. is it the same?  am i totally overlooking the obvious?  help please :)

    I use tinypic.com

     for size I usually pic website/email

    and then for the code I pic "for forums or boards"

    it's pretty easy, try it out!

     Control and click at the same time. (I think, crap, I have a mac at home and I do it w/o thinking)
