  • What are moses baskets? Tongue Tied

  • Personally, I don't see the point. They seem a bit awkward...and they remind me of playing with my baby dolls.
  • I never saw a need for them.  DD was always in her carseat, swing, bouncer, and she either slept with me or in her crib.

  • You can use them instead of a bassinet if you want. We're not getting one though.
  • We used ours all the time. But, we didn't have a bassinet or a pnp until DD got a little older. It was great because it was easy to lay her down where ever we were at - upstairs, downstairs, in the bathroom, etc). I say it's worth it if you're not interested in a bassinet. I think we'll use it again this time only because DD will want to be in the pnp if we set it up!
  • I've had friends use them with their newborns when they visited people's homes with the baby.
  • Ooh Ooh, that''s the one thing I really want!  There's one at restoration hardware, that's beautiful and it has a matching stand that rocks!  I think it will be easier to transport than a pack and play, when we go places.
  • Sounds like another piece of carp to collect dust.  No Thanks.
  • I like them...MIL is getting one for us in a boutique shop near where she lives.  I can't seem to find them.
  • My mom made one for my sis.  She used it all the time, and she really liked its portability -- her DS felt "at home" anywhere they went.  She uses it as a toy basket now that he's outgrown it.
  • my sil is giving me hers... she loved it because she had c-sections with her last 2 kids and wasn't supposed to go up and down the stairs too much...
