Hope everyone is having a good evening. I just joined last night and wanted to say hi. This is our first cycle "trying" so I guess we'll see how it goes.
There are a lot of great boards here, so lurk around and you'll find one you like.
I would suggest going to FertilityFriend.com and reading their tutorials. The site is free and a lot of the women here use it to chart their BBT and CM. You can pick up a cheap BBT at Target or Amazon for $9. If you want more info, check out TCOYF - google it. It may be more info than you're looking for, but some find it really helpful.
If you aren't taking prenatal vitamins yet, start now. Any kind will do, you don't need a Rx. Also, make an appointment with your Dentist as well as your GYN for a check-up. Also, a check-up with your SO regarding finances is a good idea. Babies are expensive and now is a great time to look over your spending and saving habits so that you're both on the same page.
