Obstetrics Doc Referral?

DH and I are currently TTC. I'm in a career where I plan events, so needless-to-say, I'm heavy into planning the pregnancy. Anyone know of a good obstetrics doc in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach/Irvine area?

    Ditto!  She delivered both my kids and I can't say enough good things about her, her office and Hoag!

    Ditto!  She delivered both my kids and I can't say enough good things about her, her office and Hoag! 

    Dr Lai delivered my baby (emergency induction) - and she was AMAZING.  I tried to get her for this pregnancy, but she isn't covered with my insurance.  This go around I have chosen Dr. Candace Howe - she works with Dr. Wheeler in Newport Beach.  As much as I liked Dr. Lai - I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Howe.  I couldn't ask for a better doctor taking care of me and my peanut.
