100 Watt power converter (cig outlet) will run?

a 12 V DC breast pump?
What about a cell phone charger? That one says 110V-240V input AC?

I don't understand this stuff....

Any help?

    I have an Eliminator name brand converter.  It is small but it will do a cell phone charger and my camera charger.  I don't know about the breast pump.

    They sell a car adapter for the Medela pumps (at least the PISA).
