Looking for an OBGYN in the Melbourne Area, my old doctor is an Hr away and we are looking for a closer one.  and Suggestions?  Thanks

    I am going to the MIMA office right near the Oaks Theatre off of Hibiscus - I've only seen them twice so far, but they came highly recommended from someone who had three children birthed by the docs there.  There are 3 in rotation, and you get to meet them all, Drs. Tobia, Benezra, and Kelly.  So far, they are wonderful!

    I'm much to late on this but I had Dr. Mark McTammany as my OB/GYN. His office is Heart & Soul near Holmes Regional. He's very funny and welcoming. He was making jokes with my nurse, husband and I during my son's delivery, which eased my worries.

    Dr. Rolando Gomez is absolutely amazing! He is definitely a wonderful doctor. He truly cares for his patients and loves what he does. He once told me that he became a doctor because he felt women were amazing in all that they are capable of and if he could help them and be a part of their miracles every day then that would be his perfect job.

    I also recommend the Mima OBGYN trio - Drs. Tobia, Kelly, and Benezra. Dr. Benezra just delivered my daughter last month. He's fantastic!

    I work for MIMA's competiton and still strongly recommend any MIMA OB/GYN.  My main OB/GYN is Virginia "Ginger" Burton.  She's actually an ARNP but simply amazing!  When you establish with MIMA, what happens is you see every OB/GYN in the practice so that when the moment comes, whoever is on call to deliver, you will have met the physician. So that is the down side to MIMA.  But every one of the docotr's are great so I personally do not see it that way.
