Quick Healthy Snack Options

I'm on the last level of medicine with my Zofran pump and it's not going well. I don't snack as much as I should during the day and it's making me nauseous. Can you recommend any quick, healthy snack ideas? So far I've been keeping strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, carrots, pretzels, cheez-it's and random small bags of chips on hand. But, that's starting to get a little old!

  • I had good luck when I was weaning off my pump by eating celery w/ peanut butter. It was a little more filling and had some good protein.Same with apple slices w/ cheese, cheese or peanut butter crackers, etc.

    What about smoothies? You can add protein powder for an extra punch. I don't know how easily you are keeping liquids down though... GL!

  • I wanted lots of carbs and peanut butter when I was pregnant.  I liked having cream cheese or peanut butter with crackers or bagels for snacks.  Do you like yogurt at all?  Granola?  Hummus?  Nuts?  Dry cereal?
