  • Gained 9 lbs since the end of March. Kill me. Down .4 this week which baffles me and defies explanation since I did everything I was supposed to. But AF started so maybe that's a factor? Who knows. 

    But I have been making good choices and I have been out walking in the crap weather. So at least it's a step in the right direction. At least I can say I didn't gain anything this week, right?

  • I have finally lost the weight I gained back from Easter. I am back to my weight ticker being correct.

    It is too hot for me. I am so sweet I melt in this weather. Stick out tongue I haven't been to the gym in ages. i am trying to not beat myself up if I don't stay strictly under 1500 calories.. I think that is quite an extreme change for me so I am not going to starve myself to get there (typical weight loss calorie weight from primary doc is where I got the 1500). That mindset really helps me.. it isn't the people that lose 15 lbs a week that keep it off, it is the ones that lose it slowly by making better decisions and increasing exercise.

  • Up 3.6 this week. It could have been much, much, much worse than that. So I should probably be grateful it was just 3.6. I'm over it and back to eating better. I don't think I'm going to make it to my goal of losing another thirty three pounds before the end of June, but hopefully I'll get close enough. Lol!
  • I stayed the same this week.  Better than gaining again.  I was sick all weekemd & didn't eat as well as I should have, and forcing fluids (juice & full sugar pop as well as water).  No exercise while I was sick, pretty much slept & ate.  So, I'm happy with no gain.

  • I weighed in on Monday and I was 2.5lbs up from before the Pig.  I think (well, hope) the scale will move in the right direction starting next week.  AF is no longer in town, I've been exercising, and I've been making decent (not great, but DECENT) food choices.  Good luck to everyone!

  • I need to get my butt in gear.  I hate the extra weight I carry but I don't do a whole lot about it.  Working out just doesn't fit into my schedule/life with 3 kids and I'll be honest, I am not going to get up at 5am to work out.  I am trying to make better food choices but I am a sucker for cookies and ice cream.  I really hope that we will spend a lot of time outside with the kids this summer and that will help in the weight loss department.  I would also like to start taking the boys for a walk in the evenings although it's been too hot for them the last couple days so we haven't started that yet.  Could I come up with anymore excuses Embarrassed
